Livin’ Joy’s Tameko Star has announced that she will be releasing a brand new single called ‘Something Beautiful’.
Tameko is best known as the powerhouse vocalist of 90s euro-dance group Livin’ Joy, taking over from Janice Robinson after her global hit ‘Dreamer’.
Carving her own special path for the group, Star had worldwide hits such as ‘Don’t Stop Movin’, ‘Follow The Rules’ and ‘Where Can I Find Love’. She also wrote and recorded the Livin’ Joy album. To date, the group has sold millions of records and have been streamed over 100 million times across streaming services.

The new single, titled ‘Something Beautiful’, is about giving yourself permission to take a break from the stress of life and the horrors of the world. It’s about going to a faraway place in your mind, where you are free to love and be yourself.
The new track has been described as a ‘fun, happy, feel-good song’, written to lift your spirits and make you want to move.
Taking to social media earlier this week, Tameko said: “I’m excited to announce my new single ‘Something Beautiful’ is coming November 4th. It’s now available to pre-order. I am SO excited for you all to hear it!”
