As the founder of Skims, Kim Kardashian often models her brand’s latest pieces, as do her sisters, who often get first dibs on new collection drops. Case in point: on Oct. 19, Khloé Kardashian posted shots of herself wearing the Skims Jelly Sheer Full Bodysuit in steel blue, just hours before Kim slipped into the very same look. While they styled the catsuit differently, Khloé poked fun at the situation by dropping two comments on Kim’s Instagram: “Oh ok well I didn’t look like this in mine. Ha,” and “You’re a b*tch.”
Khloé, 38, emphasized the halter silhouette of the design with a pair of reflective Yeezy Season 5 slouch boots and a chunky chain-link choker that lined the collar. Andrew Fitzsimons set her long, bronde-toned hair into textured waves; Ash K Holm provided a smoky eye with silver shimmer at the corners and a heavily lined lip; and Chaun Legend sharpened her translucent-looking metallic nails.
Kim, 41, drew attention to the open-back detail, snapping a mirror selfie to reveal the wedge on her suede knee-high boots — a more neutral shade of gray — and a mini Balenciaga Hourglass bag covered in rhinestones. The steel color of her phone case complemented the ensemble’s monochromatic vibe. She, too, left her platinum hair down, swiping on a cat eye and taupe lip as the finishing touches.
The catsuit, which is available in sizes XXS-4X and retails for $108, also comes in Skims’s signature hues of sienna, saffron, and onyx and is fastened with a clip behind the neck. While both Khloé and Kim went glam with their outfits, the one-piece makes for a reliable second-skin foundation, just like many of the label’s offerings.
Ahead, see how Khloé and Kim each wore the number, then shop it for yourself, and check out the ruby-red thong bodysuit and fuchsia underwear Kim modeled in a separate campaign that dropped earlier this week.
