Who says design has to be serious? Tracy Metro is flipping the script—and we’re here for it. The interior designer, TV personality, and now published author just threw the most Instagrammable event of the season to celebrate the launch of her dazzling new book, ‘design by STICKER’.
Held at the Cosentino showroom in West Hollywood, the Sip n’ Stick party was the ultimate girls’ night out—complete with cocktails, glittering vibes, and sticker-induced giggles. Yes, stickers—but not the kind you used to collect as a kid. These are luxe, grown-up stickers, meant for crafting your dream room without lifting a hammer or breaking a sweat.
“This isn’t just a book, it’s a design playground,” Tracy said gleefully, radiant in a curve-hugging royal green latex dress and her signature red lipstick. “You can express your style, play with color, and just have fun—no rules, no budget constraints, no stress.”

Inside the book? Fifteen blank room backdrops and over 500 repositionable stickers, ranging from plush couches to boho rugs and elegant chandeliers. Whether you’re a retro queen or a modern minimalist, the vibe is totally customizable.
Guests—glass of “Boho Bubbly” in hand—gathered around colorful tiles and got to work curating their sticker dream rooms. “It’s weirdly satisfying,” said Keri Ann Kimball of Kimball Entertainment. “Who knew placing a tiny velvet couch sticker could spark so much joy?”
Known for her fearless use of color on hit shows like House Doctor, Metro is now letting the rest of us get in on the fun—no design degree required. “It’s like fashion for your home,” one guest gushed. “And it doesn’t require a five-figure budget.”
